A Matter of Taste by Paul M. Ftizsimmons was originally published in Adam magazine, Volume 4, Issue 11, November 1960
The story as published ended abruptly and appeared incomplete. It always made me wonder, what was the rest of the story? After more than 60 years the original story as Fitzsimmons wrote it is no doubt lost. I supposed that whatever the rest of the story involved the editors considered it too much for even an "erotic" men's magazine of the day. I decided to extrapolate the story and complete it myself.
There are three versions of this story.
The first is the story exactly as published in Adam magazine.
The second is my own extrapolation of the story following from the foundation laid by the original. This version is the "erotic horror" version.
The third version pulls the major punches and ditches the horror for a more consentual erotic twist.
